A First...

Today I had to work around this 7 foot statue, a water falls pool, and extensive stone work at an estate in Roswell, GA...all to grind out this 74 inch diameter stump!

“Getting Back to Business,” a CNBC Town Hall Event

My wife and I at CNBC's Town Hall Event. It was eye opening.
On June 20 2012 my wife Carol and I were selected to attend CNBC's 'Getting Back to Business Town Hall Meeting' here in Atlanta. I'm the one on the right with eyes wide shut) The event was a small forum of select small business owners from the Southeast  to discuss business challenges, opportunities, and success strategies with well-known entrepreneurs (Kevin O'Leary, Steve Chase) and business leaders.

The meeting was televised on June 20th 2012 and here is an excerpt from the show. (I am directly behind Steve Case (AOL founder) and Sara Blakely (Spanx)...

See time 2:26 for our cameo appearance.

Nesbit Ferry Road Adopted!

We were approved by  the City of Roswell's Adopt-a-Road program (Sept. 2012) to help keep our local Nesbit Ferry Road(recently re-paved in Nov. 2014 & a new traffic light at our sign @ Brumbelow intersection)) free of trash.  We are very proud to service our local community and help keep it free  of trash.

Our Roots

Kevin M. Grady started Stump Grinder, LLC on May 12 1998. On this day he decided to leave his years as a corporate executive position  behind to start his own company. Kevin helped rebuild the landscapes of Dunwoody, GA following an extremely devastating tornado of April 9, 1998 . With 3  in college and plenty of ambition, Kevin worked hard to grow his company to what it is today. Now, with over 8,375  customers(numerous awards (Kudzu&Angie's List) , published national magazine articles & even was asked to be a rare attendee for a CNBC shoot of business owners in the South) to date Stump Grinder Company, LLC is proud to enter our 18th year in business in May 2016.
